Lexus Hedge End

The staff at Lexus Hedge End were good because nothing was too much bother. They were polite, not overbearing and didn’t push me to buy at any point. Ben was easy to deal with from the start. A brilliant experience (and the cars great too!)

I would not recommend Lexus Hedge End because what I was offered was not delivered

I'd recommend Lexus Hedge End because we purchased a car March 19, and wanted to change to a slightly larger car March 20. We dealt with Darren Whitlock both times, I told him the specks of both of the cars I required ie colour, sunroof etc, and both times he found me exactly what I requested. The staff are very informative, polite. It is a lovely experience buying a car from Lexus hedge end, they look after your requirements and are not pushy with the sales.

The experience at Lexus Hedge End was great. The entire process of negotiating the purchase of the new car over the phone, trade in of my old car and collection of the vehicle from Hedge End was made so easy by the very helpful salesperson, Guy Fletcher. Guy was so helpful and accommodating and the long trip from Leeds to Southampton to pick up the car was worth it to meet Guy in person. Thank you Guy for all of your help.
